Firstly, I'd like to start by apologizing for the terrible title but I honestly couldn't think of anything better and with that being said I wanted to introduce myself to all of you nice people who took the time to read this, I'm Sara (without an"H" it's really important to point that out lol.), I'm a seventeen almost eighteen year old who still has no idea what to do with her life, I'm the eldest of my siblings, I like reading and writing, I like coffee and flavored teas (but I'm definitely a coffee person), I've no problem with being my own company and I absolutely enjoy my alone time.
To be honest I kinda of still have no idea what I'll be putting on here but I guess it'll be a bit of everything like some of my writings, some lifestyle stuff and some recipes maybe.

A lot of people say that potatoes in general aren't the healthiest of options and that there's plenty of other healthier options like sweet potatoes or cauliflower but I personally just love potatoes and can not and I mean can not live without eating them. And one of my favorite ways to eat potatoes is when they're mashed but as usual the traditional mashed potatoes recipe has tons of butter and full-cream milk that just adds heaps of unwanted saturated fats. So, I came up with a healthy and modified way to make mashed potatoes that are creamy and taste amazing with only four ingredients. The ingredients: ~1 medium sized potato. ~1 Tbsp of olive oil. ~Salt and pepper. (Adjust to taste.) Have you ever asked yourself if you have the perfect body? Wait, let me answer that to you I'm sure you did but have you ever asked yourself what is the perfect body? Now according to the beauty standards and media of today, the perfect body of a woman is either skinny at the waist with huge boobs and a huge ass like a Kardashian's body or the really skinny and lean zero size kinda of body like a Victoria's secret model but are we really obligated to look like that to be beautiful? I guess the answer is pretty damn obvious and that is no but I'm sure that every single girl has read and heard this at least a million times before but yet we never really listen or believe it because everywhere we go there's those perfect girls flaunting their perfect bodies whether it be at the beach or just on instagram. Chocolate Milkshake!!

Summer is here and so is its unbearable heat and sun. Thus, what is a better way to cool down than a delicious chocolate milkshake. But the traditional store bought or even home made milkshake can have a little too much calories, sugar and saturated fats so, I came up with this healthy chocolate milkshake recipe, hope you like it. The ingredients: ~1 and 1/2 cup of cold skimmed milk.  ~2 tsp of cacao powder. ~1 tsp of peanut butter.  ~1 tsp of vanilla extract. ~2 sachets of stevia. (Adjust to taste.) Instructions: -In a small bowl, add the peanut butter, cacao powder, stevia and vanilla extract with a splash of milk then heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds or 1 minute depending on your microwave then mix them together until you get a creamy texture. -Blend the mixture and the cold milk in an electric blender. -Then serve!!
