Healthy spaghetti!!

I think it's safe to say that we all love us a warm bowl of spaghetti with chicken on top and maybe some veggies too but of course the regular spaghetti recipe has way too much calories and not really good for us. Thus, I came up with this chicken spaghetti recipe that's healthier than the regular one and also rich in fiber. Hope you like it :)
The ingredients:
~100 grams of whole wheat spaghetti.
~1 medium sized zucchini and 1 small carrot, grated.
~1 chicken breast.
~2 tsp of tomato sauce.
~1/4 cup of low sodium chicken broth.
~1 tsp of minced garlic.
~1 tsp of salt.
~1 tsp of pepper.
~1 tsp of cumin.
Instructions:
-Begin by seasoning the chicken breast with salt and pepper before placing it in the oven for about 10:30 minutes until it's cooked.
-Boil the spaghetti for about 9:11 minutes.
-While the chicken and spaghetti are cooking, grease a pan and put it on medium heat then add the zucchini, carrot, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir everything together before covering the pan and leaving them to cook for about 10 minutes or until completely wilted.
-After the zucchini and carrots are cooked, add the spaghetti, chicken broth and tomato sauce to them and stir them together slowly.
-Cut the chicken breast into strips when it's ready.
-Then place the spaghetti and veggies in a bowl with the chicken strips on top.
- And ENJOY!!!
Notes:
-Adjust the salt amount according to your liking.
-This recipe serves one person but of course feel free to double the recipe or triple it according to the number of people you're cooking for.
