Apple-Cinnamon Crepes!!!

Besides the beautiful yellowish leaves in the Fall, there's the amazing smell of spices everywhere you go. Therefore, I decided too make a series of Fall recipes that are all healthy and utterly good for you. Starting with today's recipe, the Apple-Cinnamon Crepes. Enjoy!
The Ingredients:
For the Crepes you will need:
~3/4 cup of wholewheat flour.
~1 cup of skimmed milk. (Or any milk of your choice.)
~1 egg.
~1 tsp of vanilla extract.
~1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
For the filling you will need:
~1 apple cut into small cubes.
~1 tsp of cinnamon.
~2 tsp of honey.
~2 Tbsp of water.
Instructions:
-First, add all the ingredients of your crepes in the blender and blend them together till smooth before cooking your crepes on medium heat.
-To make your Apple-Cinnamon filling, start by putting the apples, cinnamon, honey and water on low heat and stir them together till the apples are caramelized , then take them off the heat.
-Put a considerable amount of the Apple-Cinnamon filling inside each crepe before rolling it and placing it on the serving plate.
-Drizzle a little bit of honey on your rolled crepes with some cinnamon.
-Now, Serve!!!
Notes:
-This recipe makes about four medium sized crepes but feel free to adjust the size of your crepes to your liking.
-Adjust the amount of cinnamon and honey according to your liking.
-Of course, you can double or triple the recipe.
